Janine ACT 'Belle Executive Services' were sensational. I contacted Viv following the sudden passing of my daughter; as a family, we were unprepared to organise a function to celebrate the life of our daughter..After contacting Viv, she fully took over the reins and researched available venues for the celebration.

Viv e-mailed me through information about a number of venues and packages. She then picked me up from our home and took me to a number of the venues, where we spoke to the functions managers about what they could offer, in terms of room set ups, audio and visual equipment, tables, chairs, menu choices, and much more.

Given the short amount of time we had to organise the celebration, we were under the pump, however, Viv had it covered from the get go.

Viv booked the venue with a great menu package which included a variety of sandwiches, hot and cold snacks, cakes, cheese and antipasto platters, tea and coffee, and more.

Viv ordered and delivered a cake, balloons, guest book, as well as setting up a 'tribute' table for our beautiful daughter.

Amidst our grief and sadness, Viv certainly took so much pressure off us to provide a seamless function, which was absolutely perfect.

I would recommend  'Belle Executive Services' to anyone looking for a function, travel, formal/informal event - they are the whole package.

I can't speak highly enough of Belle Executive Services. My (now) husband and I got married in 2022 and Viv expressed her unconditional willingness to help us prepare and execute our special day.
From the get-go, Viv was willing to support and help us create our dream wedding, and I asked Viv to be our Wedding Coordinator on our special day.
Before the wedding, Viv organised options for our wedding day schedules and event decorations.
On our special day, Viv was there from early in the morning to create the magical venue that we had envisioned. From there on, she became our eyes, ears and organiser for the whole day. She was our MC, and kept everything on schedule and everyone where they needed to be. 
This allowed us to enjoy our day with our family and friends, without us needing to worry about a thing. The day went absolutely seamlessly.
I am a naturally anxious person and, as the bride, I wanted my day to be perfect. Having Viv there as my right-hand-woman gave me so much comfort, and I did not stress at all during my day. I didn't even think of the wedding schedule or if things were going to plan. I knew that Viv had everything organised and I did not worry about a single thing. The day went off without a hitch and many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
